The White Labs Vials (125ml) are designed to be pitchable direct into 5 US gallons (19 Litre) batches. They can be used as starters and cultured for larger batches.

Unless collected, Liquid yeasts are sent overnight with an ice pack and need to be refridgerated as soon as possible.
